For the first time in four years, San Diego Unified School Police has added two new officers to its ranks. Moises Arellano and Henry Ramelli took an oath of office and were sworn in by Chief of Police Reuben Littlejohn during an official ceremony attended by Supt. Kowba and others on Dec. 3. During the ceremony, Arellano's badge was pinned on by his daughter, and Ramelli's was pinned on by his wife. Read more.
