U.S. students post mixed results in math, science study

As more data from the most recent Trends in International Math and Science Study are dissected, one interesting trend is the gradual improvement of U.S. eighth-graders in math and science and the lack of change in fourth-grade science achievement since 1995. While fourth-graders in the U.S. are doing better in math, science test scores remained consistent.
