EPA is asked to hold public hearing in Iowa on RFS proposal

Iowa Gov. Terry Branstad, Iowa Agriculture Secretary Bill Northey and the state's congressional delegation asked the Environmental Protection Agency to hold a public hearing in Iowa on the Renewable Fuel Standard. The officials invited U.S. Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack and EPA Administrator Gina McCarthy to visit the state and "see firsthand the many benefits of biofuels and the broad importance of a robust RFS."
