Should a growing business cut back on freelancers?

Canadian marketing firm Headspace Marketing has relied heavily on freelancers since it launched in 2004. But some clients are uncomfortable with that business model, and co-owner Eric Blais is wondering whether the company should add more full-time employees as it grows. Experts say it isn't always a disadvantage to have freelancers, and they recommend the business evaluate benefits and costs before adjusting its staffing strategy.
