Marketers strive for alternate keywords

Marketers are becoming more interested in search ads, driving up the price for the paid listings that often show up alongside free search results on major search engine sites, DoubleClick reports. Rising prices, spurred by competition, has marketers looking for less expensive keywords that still capture market segments, a DoubleClick VP said.
