Report: D.C. baseball stadium is $78 million over-budget

With a new study showing the price tag for the new D.C. baseball stadium to be $78 million more than the budgeted $589 million, city leaders may need to seek private and federal funding for the project. Some city council members may, however, use the information to suggest moving the project to a site near the Robert F. Kennedy Memorial Stadium, which could reportedly offer a savings of about $61 million.
