Design school hopes to develop serious video games

Researchers at New York's Parsons design school hope to develop "serious" video games aimed at educating and raising social consciousness. "Our goal is really to create intersections between game design, social issues and learning," said Colleen Macklin, director of the Parsons The New School of Design's PETLab.
