Bootstrapping "Lolita" fashion

Jeff Williams says he thought his chances for starting a business might be slipping away at age 37. So this year, despite the terrible economy, Williams and his wife opened a New York City store devoted to Japanese "Lolita" fashion. The couple hired no staff and kept their full-time jobs, so "it doesn't even seem like there's an hour off," Williams says.
