Judge says individual mandate in health care law is unconstitutional

U.S. District Judge Henry Hudson ruled Monday that the individual mandate in the health care reform law "exceeds the Commerce Clause powers vested in Congress under Article I" of the Constitution. Hearings on another lawsuit are set to begin Thursday in Florida, with legal experts predicting these cases and others like them will eventually be decided by the U.S. Supreme Court.
