Pennsylvania county votes to approve airport authority

Commissioners in Lackawanna County, Pa., have approved the creation of an airport authority to oversee Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport. Commissioners approved the measure by a 2-1 vote in a special meeting. Luzerne County commissioners had already voted to approve the two-county authority.
