Vomiting may actually be regurgitation

Veterinary internal medicine specialist Dana Brooks explains the difference between vomiting and regurgitation and suspects a dog's "vomiting" problem may actually be a case of regurgitation. Dr. Brooks provides ways to distinguish between the two based on examination, X-rays, blood tests, ultrasound, fluoroscopy and gastroscopy, and she suggests feeding practices that may reduce the dog's symptoms.
