Pa. health insurance exchange won't be state-run, governor says

Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Corbett says his state won't create a health insurance marketplace under the Affordable Care Act. "Pennsylvania will not move forward with a state-based exchange because there are too many unknowns with too little time, not enough flexibility and too high a cost to our taxpayers," Corbett said in a statement. The decision opens the door for the federal government to run Pennsylvania's health insurance exchange.
