Pa. patient safety advocate compiles EHR issues in state's facilities

The Pennsylvania Patient Safety Authority has issued a compilation of EHR safety issues faced by the state's medical care facilities. "The Authority study gives not only Pennsylvania health care facilities, but all health care facilities implementing this technology, a glance at the potential problems they should anticipate and monitor after implementation," said Bill Marella, program director for the Pennsylvania Patient Safety Authority.
