Qatar Airways will upgrade A330s while waiting on Dreamliners

Qatar Airways will upgrade some of its 29 A330 jets with new seats and in-flight entertainment as production of its on-order Dreamliners is taking longer than expected. The carrier has three 787 jets and two more are set to arrive next week. The airline will have 10 by the end of next year. "Due to these 787 delays we have a huge upgrade program for our Airbus A330s to extend their time with us for at least three more years," CEO Akbar Al Baker said.
