Unemployment won't fall below 6.5% before 2015, Fed predicts

The Federal Reserve says it will keep interest rates near zero until the jobless rate falls below 6.5%, which it predicts won't happen until late 2015. The jobless rate is unlikely to fall below 7.4% in 2013 and will be no lower than 6.8% by the end of 2014, the Fed says.
