Safety coalition urges people to carry list of meds

The nonprofit Washington Patient Safety Coalition advises people not to wait for electronic medical records but to carry with them a list of the drugs they take. The Seattle-based group said people need to take responsibility for avoiding medication errors and is offering downloadable forms on its Web site.
