Study finds 4 cups of coffee or tea can cut Type 2 diabetes risk

Consuming three to four cups of coffee, decaf or tea daily could reduce the risk of developing Type 2 diabetes by up to 35%, according to a review of 18 studies including almost 500,000 people. The researchers found the likelihood of developing diabetes fell by 7% for each cup of coffee people drank.
