Survey highlights 5 barriers to MU goals for providers

A Black Book Rankings survey found that 10% of health care groups that have adopted electronic medical records believe their systems will help them satisfy meaningful use mandates. The survey also revealed what users perceive as the five key deterrents to EMR implementation efforts, including a lack of sufficient vendor support, which was cited by 93% of respondents, and extra costs.
