Heckmann Corp. CEO addresses fracking concerns after EPA report

Heckmann Corp. Chairman and CEO Richard Heckmann dismissed concerns about hydraulic fracturing days after the Environmental Protection Agency issued a draft report linking the drilling technique to groundwater pollution in Wyoming. "It was just bad handling of the water at the surface. It has nothing to do with fracking," Heckmann said. He added that fracking uses much less water than agriculture does.
