Philips likes O&M's digital approach

Philips has hired Ogilvy & Mather to handle its $500 million global creative account, replacing incumbent DDB. The move follows a media review that ended last month. A company rep said the agency had been chosen for its integrated digital advertising and "its strength in emerging markets." The consumer electronics manufacturer wants more push for its medical devices.
