Zell: U.S. housing market will start recovery in spring

Property investor Sam Zell believes the U.S. real estate market and the world economy will start to show signs of a recovery by spring. Speaking at an Israeli business conference Sunday, Zell said the first signs will show up in areas where the population is growing. "I will expect by spring 2010 the housing market in the U.S. will look a lot better," Zell said.
