Commentary: TARP repayment standards need reexamination:

Writing in a New York Times commentary, David Nason, one of the designers of the Troubled Asset Relief Program, says the program's repayment standards need to be reevaluated. "We concluded that TARP money could be repaid only when, among other things, it was replaced at recipient banks by equal or stronger capital. But times have changed, and so has TARP," he writes.
