FDA picks Mexico City for third post in Latin America

The FDA set up an office in Mexico City to accommodate experts who will coordinate with Mexican officials on regulations to ensure the safety of food and medical products. "The opening of this office represents an important step as we redesign our product-safety strategy," said FDA Commissioner Margaret Hamburg.
