More travelers taking precautions against flu, survey finds

The Harvard School of Public Health conducted a survey that found that more than half of adult travelers say they are being more cautious about guarding against catching the flu this year than they were last year. More than three-quarters of adult travelers said they plan to bring hand sanitizer on their next trip.
