Teacher workload is questioned by some educators in Vietnam

Teachers in Vietnam are not being paid for time they spend working outside of the instructional day -- a new regulation that some say is a violation of the country's labour laws. Some teachers say it is impossible to complete their work within the school day. One teacher says she grades as many as 120 papers each day, and others say they are required to attend meetings on Sundays or tutor students outside of class.
