Report rates health emergency preparedness of U.S. states

An annual report that measures the medical emergency preparedness levels of U.S. states gave top ratings to Washington, North Dakota and Arkansas, while Montana and Iowa scored the lowest. The report indicates that there are "clearly areas of concern," said the executive director of Trust for America's Health, which released the report along with the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.
