Lunch in the birthplace of the burger

Other establishments may make claims about their pioneering efforts in the world of burgers, but only Louis' Lunch in New Haven, Conn., has the Library of Congress to back up its claims. Not much has changed in the last century at the birthplace of the burger, where lunch crowds line up for the medium-rare burgers with raw onions and tomatoes as the only toppings and a bag of chips as a side.
