Physicians find road to using EHRs bumpy, but worthwhile

Some doctors making the switch to electronic health records are reporting that the transition is costing them time and money and making them less productive, although they say the process is worth it in the end. Medical management consultant Rosemarie Nelson says practices can avoid some of this short-term pain by pinpointing workflow strategies early that will help doctors.
