Self-service check-in takes off at Indian airport

A new survey shows that self-service check-in is proving extremely popular with passengers traveling through Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport in Mumbai, India. The survey shows that 65% of travelers prefer self-service check-in over other forms of check-in. That's nearly double the number from a year ago.
