Extra fruits, veggies can cut breast cancer recurrence risk

Breast cancer survivors who didn't experience hot flashes after treatment can cut their risk of recurrence by almost 33% by eating more than the recommended daily servings of fruits and vegetables, a study of 3,000 women found. Researchers said the findings indicate the food may act on estrogen.
