Cellular Dynamics unveils human heart cell line derived from iPS cells

Cellular Dynamics International announced the commercial launch of iCell Cardiomyocytes, human heart cells developed from induced pluripotent stem cells. The company will market the cell line to drugmakers to help them discover treatments and determine the effectiveness and toxicity of drug compounds.
