Federal officials seek restrictions on food advertising

Officials from several federal agencies say the marketing of food to children should include only products that are part of a healthy diet, and that restrictions should be placed on the marketing to children of foods that are high in sugar, sodium and saturated fats. The recommendations will be sent to Congress in 2010.
