Inventive lessons are key to history teacher's success

A New Jersey history teacher uses creative, innovative lessons help her students understand and enjoy the material -- even those without a passion for history. Nicole Esposito, who also teaches high-school sociology, says that whenever her students do not understand a concept, she goes back to the drawing board and creates a different lesson plan.
