Smokers may find Zyban, lozenges are best bet for quitting

The best smoking-cessation therapy may be the sustained-release form of Zyban combined with nicotine lozenges, a study found. Researchers randomly assigned 1,346 smokers to five different therapies and after six months found 30% of those taking bupropion SR plus lozenges were still smoke-free, the highest success rate reported.
