Paul Downs writes that he recently reviewed his company's health insurance coverage for next year, and premiums actually decreased for the first time since 2005 -- even before taking into account the promised 35% tax credit. Yet he writes that he's still considering the option of paying a penalty and dropping coverage completely, because "I don't particularly want to be involved with my employees' private spending decisions any more than I have to."
