Obama signs law delaying 25% cut in Medicare provider fees

President Barack Obama has signed into law a bill postponing for a year the 25% cut in Medicare reimbursements for providers, which was scheduled to take effect in January. The $19 billion cost of putting off the cuts will be shifted from the health reform law.
