Banks praised for fraud protections for cardholders

The Consumers Union has released a report that found consumer protections on credit and debit cards are generally stronger than protections consumers have when making purchases with their mobile phones. "Things are very different between bank payment methods and the mobile carriers," said Peter Ho, vice president of the product innovation group for Wells Fargo.
