TriQuint debuts low-power linear RF amplifiers for base stations

TriQuint Semiconductor has introduced the TQP7M9103 and TQP7M9104, linear radio-frequency amplifier chips for applications in 3G/4G infrastructure, such as base transceiver stations, boosters, remote radio heads and repeaters. According to the company, the parts lower power consumption in wireless applications and defend mobile networks against disruption and service failures.
