Tweeting contest challenges students on First Amendment

Twenty-two high-school and college students will be awarded a $5,000 scholarship after crafting a winning tweet about the First Amendment on Dec. 15, which was National Bill of Rights Day. The one-day "Free to Tweet" contest was sponsored by the 1 For All Organization, which works to build awareness about individuals' First Amendment rights.
