Recruiters flock to social networks

Corporate headhunters are increasingly using social networks such as LinkedIn to find passive job candidates, and more products are being developed to help them, experts say. For example, TalentBin's corporate clients pay $6,000 a year to have a recruiter scan sites such as Meetup and Pinterest to find technology talent, while CareerBuilder's Work@ applications lets workers share job openings with friends via Facebook.
