Accountants expect raise, bonus and then a new job

About 70% of accountants surveyed by recruitment agency Robert Walters are expecting a raise and more than 40% believe they will receive a bonus of up to 15% of base salary. But the expectations for raises are relatively modest, at 1% to 6%. The survey found that almost two-thirds of respondents expect to leave their current role in the year ahead.
