To become a good boss, stop assuming you're always right

United Talent Agency CEO Jeremy Zimmer says he's felt like a boss in every job he's had, convinced that he knew how to run things properly. But he's come to realize that being a good leader means listening to others, too. "Part of growing up for me has been starting to know what I don't know, and to stop thinking I'm a genius," Zimmer says.
