Deciding who matters most for incentives

Companies have many options with incentives, including how they are structured and who's eligible. While some argue that only the most important employees to retain should be targeted, other expects say it's important to reward good performance by front-line workers. "You're probably not going to incentivize the worker bees by giving the executives more bonuses and stock options," warns leadership coach Heath Suddleson.
