IATA looking for rule to tame aggressive fliers

The International Air Transport Association is looking into the creation of an agreement that will enable flight crews to subdue passengers that exhibit unruly behavior. The group will bring up the rule at its March conference. "Unruly passenger behavior ... is on the increase," said Tim Colehan of the Geneva-based group. "It is a problem which our crews and other travelers face every day."
