Live Nation upgrades mobile app to offer users customized incentives

Concert ticketing agent Live Nation has released an upgraded version of its mobile application that utilizes Apple's iOS 7 interface. Consumers are given personalized ticket offers and concert suggestions based on their activity on other apps such as Facebook and iTunes. "Apple's ability to drive customer adoption of the platform so quickly is both a challenge and an opportunity," said Eric Garland, general manager of Live Nation Labs.
