Astronaut John Young says NASA safety culture hasn't changed

Contradicting assertions made by NASA chief Sean O'Keefe, veteran astronaut John Young said safety at NASA has not improved since the Columbia disaster. Young is NASA's longest-serving astronaut and is retiring. O'Keefe is leaving the agency to pursue the post of chancellor at Louisiana State University.
