Singapore students motivated to do well in math and science

Three out of four Primary 4 and Secondary 2 Singapore students, who bested peers from 48 other countries on a recent international mathematics and science study, say they enjoy learning both subjects. The organizers of the study cited supportive home and school environments and adequate access to resources as additional reasons for the students' stellar standings.
