Cowboys go extra yard in including minorities in stadium construction

With construction on the new $1 billion stadium for the Dallas Cowboys nearly halfway complete, the team is living up to its promise to hire local minority business owners from Arlington, Texas. The stadium is using fire-protection systems from an African American company, electric wiring from a woman-owned firm and roof steel from a Hispanic company.
