High-definition televisions are expected to be at the top of many Christmas lists this year and, along with that, media distributors, including cable companies and telecoms, are looking to dramatically increase the volume of HD programming they offer. "You're going to see [HD content] more than double next year," Comcast spokesman Ray Purser said.
