Report: Colon cancer common worldwide in 2007

The American Cancer Society reports that 7.6 million people died of cancer in 2007 and 12 million new cases were diagnosed worldwide. The most common forms of cancer among men were colon, prostate and lung cancer, and the most common forms among women were colon, breast and lung cancer, according to the report.
